This is our main Prime traditional pageant experience for any new or past state/regional Prime Queens.
- Contestants will have to virtually compete in a preliminary qualifier in 1 or more categories.
- The Top 8 scores will advance to Nationals Week to compete in all scored categories.
- The Ms/Mrs USA Prime winners in each division at Nationals

This competition is for any new or past state/regional Prime Queens who want to really focus on their self-care and community involvement without competing in costume or gown.
- It will highlight multiple connection points as well as all of the amazing programs that Prime has to offer including: PIVA, PVSA and Self-Care Accountability.

This competition is now ONLY open to the reigning 2023 USA Prime Queens and will be held in 2024 at Nationals. This is one of the highest titles you can achieve, with multiple winning qualifiers and a multi-year time commitment learning management and leadership skills among the normal pageant competition atmosphere. In future proceeding years, this competition will be open to any presently reigning Ms/Mrs USA Prime as well as Ms/Mrs Prime Ambassador Queens.
