I am a married father of 4, with a 19 year old son who helps me with photography, a 12 year old pageant diva, a 7 year old hybrid girly Tomboy and a 5 year old flat out diva who happens to think pageants are life. My wife of 14 years is a pageant director in Alabama and a forever pageant mom. I started videography at a young age doing film festivals and hobby photos. Two years ago, I began to make photography a business and where else would I do that other than pageants? I became the National Stage Shot Photographer for Universal Miss Pageant System in 2022 and have traveled the country doing stage shots for state pageants from North Carolina to Las Vegas. Pageants are where my heart is and the relationships we have made along the way are simply amazing. There is no better business than seeing women of all ages gain confidence, self-worth and lasting friendships.
My story of how I went from church group 2019 to front cover of "West Vega Model Magazine." My name is Logan Koch and I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I picked up a camera for the first time when my dad brought one on our family vacations. I pretty much stole it from him every time we vacationed together. I would go off out and about and capture whatever I possibly could. There’s even a picture still hanging in my dad's house that I took from the narrows in Zion National Park in Utah.
I fell in love with photography and the different aspects within it. For example, I love the unlimited possibilities of creativity that's at my fingertips. I specialize in portrait photography and that’s where the bulk of my photo experience has accumulated. There are endless possibilities with portrait photography.

I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 1995. I began my career as I was going through the Bachelor of Science program at University of California, Irvine. I continued after graduation to work for the Sports Club Company in Orange County, California. I taught classes that ranged from Kickboxing (with heavy bags and gloves), Spinning, and Step. I developed a burning passion for teaching everyone how to lead a healthy lifestyle and pass that on to their children. It was that desire to see everyone healthy, happy, and with a better quality of life, that I realized very few people would ever be able to benefit from a personal trainer. Because of that realization, I developed a group personal training class called “S.E.T.”, which stands for Strength Endurance Training. Its purpose was to deliver many of the benefits of personal training to more people at once by a personal trainer. When it was sold, it lost the personal trainer as the instructor and became just another group exercise class. I vowed that would be the last time my passion and ideas got twisted into something that lost its purpose. I took a break from working in clubs and began building a successful financial company. While doing that, I developed my own workout programs in preparation for: my wedding and having a baby. Then I modified my program
while I was pregnant, and changed it further once my daughter was born to adapt to the changing needs of my body and my daughter to get right back to where I was before I got pregnant. There are many misconceptions that women believe about weight, pregnancy, exercise and food that I feel every woman needs to know if she is going to master this changing part of her life that has daily challenges. I have been a busy student, a busy businesswoman planning a wedding, a busy businesswoman having a baby, and a busy mom and businesswoman. I know the daily challenges you face, what you are going through and can help you get through it without having to sacrifice your health, fitness, and body shape along the way. I developed my own diet to match the changing needs of my body and my life, and I can help
you do it , too!
I am a uniquely skilled and talented woman with many years of experience training men and women to get the body they’ve always wanted, and Master’s degree in Psychology. This is a combination that has made me the best. Your body is a machine that will do whatever you tell it to do, but it’s your brain that needs coaching! That’s the unique service that I provide. Psychologists aren’t personal trainers and can’t help you get in shape, and trainers aren’t psychologists that understand the underlying issues that prevent us from reaching our goals and how to work around those issues to reach our goals anyway! In my mind there are no excuses for not attaining a goal, so I created ways to adapt to changing needs and lifestyles while staying on track to reach the goal I set. With that in mind, I am excited to help you on your journey toward the healthy and fit lifestyle you’ve always thought was too difficult to keep going. You will see that I love food and wine, and you don’t have
to sacrifice the things you enjoy to get the body you want. I will teach you tips, secrets I came up with, why your body works the way it does (and how it sabotages your efforts at times), and how to create a healthy lifestyle that’s fun that you can live with for the rest of your life. This is the last stop in your search for assistance, and the beginning of a fun a fulfilling journey that will
not only leave you happier and healthier, but your family as well.

Hello! I’m Carly. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me. Welcome to Carly Bernard Yoga (CBY) formerly known as Hamsa Yoga.
Nothing gets me more excited than providing my clients with alignment based movement that not only strengthens the body but also the mind. It's in the unwinding of our day to day routines (too much sitting, texting, not taking a full breath, etc.) where we really learn about what our body needs and how we have the capability on our own to make it thrive. My hope is to support you along the journey and provide the necessary tools + education needed to help you feel empowered on and off the mat.
My journey with yoga started over 17 years ago. I was the student in the front row trying to compete against everyone in the class and the one who could barely sit still during the closing meditation. Since then my practice has grown a whole lot and my understanding of “good movement” has evolved greatly :) Yoga changed my life and has become more than just a practice for me. I am incredibly passionate about helping students move better and learn about the foundations of mindful living. My underlying drive as a teacher and student is to elevate all aspects of life; Mind, Body and Soul.
