PRIME is an opportunity to crush goals in a safe environment while you gain skills and ways to use your title to be the lead in your own life story. And at the end, you get to showcase your growth and compete at the National Competition in 2023 for the title of Ms. or Mrs. USA Prime/USA Prime Ambassador.
Here is a timeline:

- Decide to attend the Title Qualifier in person or virtually with fee that goes towards Nationals.

Application Process is Open.
Applications are taken on a DAILY basis and we decide EACH WEEK who is able to move forward to the PRIMEr Program and Title Qualifier which is the preliminary to receiving a state/regional title. Once you pass your Title Qualifier you will receive your State/Regional Title and can start using it, attend the mastermind classes, Queen Parties, photoshoots and Optionals.
What is the PRIMEr Program and Title Qualifier?
PRIMEr Program: This 1 week to 90 day virtual program is designed to start your journey to discover what you want to accomplish in the upcoming year. We will introduce self care and goal setting concepts and we will be with you the whole way. You will also choose 1 of the 3 categories to showcase at the Title Qualifier and will be given additional training and support on whichever you choose. The categories to choose from consist of: Interview, Costume with Introduction, or Evening Gown.
Title Qualifier: After your initial prep with our PRIMEr Program you will then be able to Virtually or In Person showcase your starting point efforts in the areas of interview, costume, or gown. You will receive feedback. The title qualifier is a PASS/FAIL system. You will not be competing with anyone. If you do the assignments, you will pass and will then move onto the State Crowning and be part of the 2023 Prime Queen class and start using your title within the Mastermind, Queen Parties, photoshoots and within your community. NOTE: You have to complete a Title Qualifier within 90 days of accepted application or you will have to go back through the program again and pay another $199.
Title Crowning Ceremony: If you choose to qualify in person, you will be crowned and given your sash right at the Title Qualifier Crowning Ceremony and you will need to notify Prime that you are going to come in person and will need to pay your Qualifier dues at least 4-5 weeks prior. If you choose the virtual option, your crown and sash will be sent to you. You will then be introduced online. You can choose to attend a crowning in person at a later time, even if you have already received your title virtually.
Ms. & Mrs. USA Prime™ and USA Ambassador 2023 National Competition
There are 6 Divisions for the National USA Prime(TM) Titles and 2 Divisions for the National USA Prime(TM) Ambassador Titles. Becoming a state titleholder is the prerequisite for competing in your respective USA Prime(TM) National Competition division. Becoming a regional titleholder is the prerequisite for competing in your respective USA Prime(TM) Ambassador National Competition division.

Entry Fees for USA Prime & Ambassador Competition, Queen Parties, Mastermind, Photos & Optionals
IF YOU ARE A PRIME SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT YOUR ENTRY FEES ARE DIFFERENT: YOU WILL PAY $277 UPFRONT AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY FEES REFUNDED. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE MINIMUMS THAT NEED MET (SEE BELOW.)
Applicant Deposit: $199 (due within 1 week after your application is accepted and before starting the PRIMEr Program to prep for your Title Qualifier.
Title Qualifier, State/Regional Crowning: $379 (due 4-5 weeks before the Title Qualifier) If you choose to qualify in person, you will be crowned and given your sash at the Title Qualifier Crowning Ceremony.
For an additional fee you can also upgrade your crown and sash:
your crown (Limited Edition upgrade of $47 which means you receive 2 crowns) and
sash (rhinestone border upgrade for $50)
and
optional photoshoot
NOTE: You have to complete a Title Qualifier within 90 days of accepted application or you will have to go back through the program again and pay another $199.
Nationals Entry Refundable Deposit: $199 Within 30 days of passing your title qualifier, you will need to pay a deposit of $199 that is completely refunded once you compete at Nationals in 2023. If you compete and meet the requirements, you get the full $199 deposit back. If you drop out or do not compete, you will not receive the deposit back.
Optional Photoshoots: At certain Title Qualifiers we may have a photoshoot option available to only the Prime Queens. Pricing and details will be given when available.
Title Referral Bonus: If you, as a title holder, refer someone who becomes a 2023 contestant and competes at Nationals, you will receive a gift and a Free Page in the 2023 Nationals Competition Book for each contestant you refer (This will meet your Nationals Competition Ad minimum). Should you refer more than one 2023 State/Region Queen, we will have a compensation scale accordingly. More exciting news coming on that.
Self-Care Focus Optionals: $27 More to Come
Self-Care is what we are all about and we understand that life has a way of becoming overwhelming to manage at times. However, we can still make a difference just by staying committed for a set period of time with a plan. The Focus Optionals will be based on the area of self-care you are concentrating and will have different levels of commitment. You will be able to participate in 45 day increments. Each Queen can receive a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Award.
Nationals Competition Requirements: Minimal Requirements: We are all about telling you as much as we can upfront. You will have minimal requirements to meet for Nationals which will include: People's Choice minimum 50 votes. You will have to purchase an ad in the program book (min $250). You will have to purchase (1) program book(cost TBD).
Eligibility for each Division
1) Must be a USA citizen, or have a valid VISA, and be able to travel within the United States.
2) Must be able to prove birthdate and legal marital status upon request. All divisions are based on age and marital status. Your age division you are placed in will be based on the age that you are as of September 1st, 2023.
3) You identify as female.
4) Must live in your state permanently and will have lived there for at least 30 days prior to the date of the application OR You are enrolled in a school within that state OR You are licensed to work or do work in another state from which you live.
5) Must not have been convicted of any prior felonious actions.
6) If applying for the Ms. Division: You are single as of the date of the application. You may be engaged but do not plan on marrying until after The National Pageant.
7) If applying for the Mrs. Division: You are married as of the date of the application. Should you become legally divorced before the National Pageant date, it is up to you if you would like to switch Divisions if one is available, stay in the one you are in, or can decline the invitation to compete.

What Do You Receive as a State/Regional Titleholder?
THE TANGIBLES:
When you pay your $199 deposit you receive the following:
- the exclusive opportunity to attend the PRIMEr virtual course to prep you for your Title Qualifier, which will include self-care goal setting and you will choose a category you want to showcase at the Title Qualifier (interview, costume or gown).
- One on one check ins to track your progress.
When you pay your Title Qualifier fee of $379 you receive the following:
- the exclusive opportunity to qualify without other contestant competition to be a 2023 Prime state or regional titleholder,
- to showcase your baseline skill in interview, costume with intro or even gown either virtually or in person,
- the ability to attend your crowning ceremony in person or virtually and receive your official custom crown and sash,
- invitation to the Queen Connections exclusively for Prime Queens after the crowning ceremony,
- when applicable, the opportunity to have a photoshoot at the crowning ceremony.
When you pay your refundable Nationals entry fee* ($199) you receive the following:

Self-Care Focus Group Optionals: $27
Once you become a Titleholder you will be eligible for the following:
- Self-Care is what we are all about and we understand that life has a way of becoming overwhelming to manage at times. However, we can still make a difference just by staying committed for a set period of time with a plan.
- Every 45 days we will be giving the opportunity to join a self-care focus group depending on your goals you have set for yourself. What a great opportunity to get focused and make a huge impact on changing your habits and staying on track. This will include: training, check ins, support group and award.
- Gold Award: 1) Create a goal and track your progress AND 2) Make it to 70% of your accountability check ins AND 3) Receive a mentor or additional education regarding your goal.
- Silver Award: 1) Create a goal and track your progress AND 2) Make it to 70% of your accountability check ins.
- Bronze Award: Create a goal and track your progress.

What Are Your Responsibilities once you become a Titleholder?
Since we are all coming from different backgrounds, we want you to not get overwhelmed. We have put in minimal requirements so you can choose what you would like to take advantage of the most.
- 1 Social Media post per week
- 1 Appearance a month (online counts)
- Have at least 1 photoshoot done of your choosing with your sash and crown
- Attend at least 1 Zoom mtg a month
- Meeting National Competition Minimum Requirements
- Compete at the National Competition in Fall 2023
- Most importantly, to set goals for yourself, help other title teammates and be involved whenever possible. Now, everyone has a different personal situation so this is really more of an aspiration and energy we want everyone to bring during their reign. We encourage you to lean in and become a stronger version of yourself NOT someone else. We are picking women who are unique for a reason. The focus should be on what YOU can bring as a leader and not a cookie-cutter mold.
